Avenu's Covid-19 Policy


Residents of Avenu are being asked to restrict their guests to only essential health-related visitors.

  • All property guests are required to submit to an illness questionnaire before being given keys to or other access to the property. If the questionnaire indicates a possible illness or recent travel to one of the areas designated “Widespread Ongoing Transmission” by the CDC (, the guest will not be given access to the property at the current time.

No guests or move ins that are exhibiting signs of a respiratory infection or flu-like symptoms or that have recently traveled to an area of Widespread Ongoing Transmission (see link above) will be permitted at the current time.

Residents who do not feel well are asked to please stay in their apartment and notify the community and their physician immediately. 

The management office is staffed 7 days per week but personnel will remain in their office with the door closed.  Residents may contact staff via phone or email.  As resident communications are generated they will be issued via RentCafe as well as be posted in high traffic areas like property entrances, vestibules and elevators, and delivered door to door.

During this time, service request responses are being limited to those considered to be essential: 

a.       No heat

b.       No water

c.       Water Leak

d.       No appliances (refrigerator or stove)

e.       No use of toilet (regardless of bathroom count)

f.        No electricity (specific to your unit)

g.       Life safety issue. 


Community events are being held virtually or from individual balconies/patios to maintain proper social distancing.
